Ready to move out?

1. Give us a heads Up.  Please let us know 30 days before your final day. We appreciate the heads-up!

2.  No Prorating: Heads up! We don’t prorate rent for move-outs, so make sure you plan your departure accordingly.  

3.  Clean Sweep: Clear out all your belongings and give the unit a quick sweep. Leave it as spotless as you found it—no stowaways, please!

4.  Snap a Pic: Once moved out, send  a photo of your unit with unit number visible to iowacity@storelocal.com or 319-777-1416 Thank You!
